How much does a cleaner cost in Derby?
Regular home cleans are priced by the hours your home needs, which depends on its size and how often we visit. Tell us the basics and we will give you a clear guide price with no obligation.
Are your cleaners vetted and insured?
Yes. The owner holds a clean ACRO criminal record check, every cleaner is vetted before they attend, and we carry £1 million public liability cover with PolicyBee, so your home and your peace of mind are covered.
Do I get the same cleaner every time?
Wherever possible, yes. We keep you with the same cleaner so they learn how you like your home and you are never letting a new stranger in.
Do I need to supply cleaning products and equipment?
Your choice. We can bring our own or use yours. Just tell us your preference and flag any surfaces that need specific products.
How do you handle keys and access?
Whatever suits you: be home to let us in, leave a key safe, or arrange a spare. We agree access with you before the first visit and treat it seriously.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No long contract. Book weekly, fortnightly, monthly or as a one-off, and change or pause it whenever you need.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem and no penalty. Just give us reasonable notice and we will move your visit.
What areas do you cover?
Derby city and the surrounding Derbyshire villages, from Littleover and Mickleover to Repton, Melbourne and Duffield. Not sure if we reach you? Ask.
